1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReadyScore (the "Service"), available at readyscore.connectinfinitely.org, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Two Wolves Ventures LLC d/b/a Infinite Horizons Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a Kentucky limited liability company with its principal place of business at 8607 State Route 1078 N, Henderson, KY 42420.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ReadyScore is a self-assessment diagnostic tool that provides a score reflecting founder readiness and business viability across multiple dimensions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze certain free-text responses and generate personalized feedback.

ReadyScore is intended for informational and self-reflection purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional business, legal, or financial advice. Results should not be the sole basis for any business decision.

3. No Account Required

The Service does not require you to create an account. We assign an anonymous session identifier when you begin an assessment. If you choose to provide your email address to unlock the full report, that email is stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, scoring methodology, question design, and AI-generated insights produced by the Service are the intellectual property of Two Wolves Ventures LLC d/b/a Infinite Horizons Solutions. You may share your personal results for non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the assessment or its methodology.

5. AI-Generated Content

Portions of your results, including strengths, risks, gap analysis, and next steps, are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate generalizations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated feedback.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

(a) Use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) Submit content that is abusive, threatening, or violates the rights of others; (c) Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the scoring algorithm; (d) Submit automated or bot-generated responses; or (e) Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Data Retention

Assessment data is retained for 24 months from the date of completion, after which it is automatically deleted. You may request early deletion at any time by contacting us at admin@connectinfinitely.org. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Henderson County, Kentucky.
