Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

ReadyScore is operated by Two Wolves Ventures LLC d/b/a Infinite Horizons Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a Kentucky limited liability company. Our principal address is 8607 State Route 1078 N, Henderson, KY 42420.

2. What We Collect

We collect the following data when you use ReadyScore:

Automatically collected: An anonymous session identifier (UUID), your country code (derived from Vercel geo headers, not your IP address), a one-way hash of your user-agent string (for bot detection only), and the referring URL that brought you to the site.

You provide: Your answers to assessment questions, including free-text responses about personal and business experiences. If you choose to unlock the full report, we collect the email address you submit.

We do NOT collect: Your name, IP address, physical address, payment information, or any government-issued identifiers. We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not fingerprint your browser.

3. How We Use Your Data

Assessment responses are used to compute your ReadyScore and generate personalized feedback. Free-text answers are processed by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) to produce scores and narrative insights. Your raw answers are never displayed back to you or shared with third parties.

Your email address (if provided) is used to: (a) unlock the full results report on the site; (b) send you a copy of your results via email; and (c) if you opted in, send occasional founder-focused content from Infinite Horizons Solutions. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Anonymous analytics data is used to understand assessment completion rates and improve the product. We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-less and GDPR-compliant.

4. AI Processing

Your free-text responses are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for scoring and insight generation. Anthropic processes this data under their data processing terms and does not use API inputs to train their models. We send only the minimum data necessary for scoring — we do not send your email, session ID, or any identifying metadata to the AI provider.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with Row Level Security (RLS) enabled. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to the database is restricted to server-side API routes using a service role key — no client-side code has direct write access.

6. Data Retention

Assessment data, including your responses, scores, and email (if provided), is retained for 24 months from the date your assessment is completed. After this period, data is automatically and permanently deleted.

You may request early deletion at any time by emailing admin@connectinfinitely.org with your results page URL. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with:

Anthropic — for AI-based scoring of free-text responses (see Section 4). Supabase — as our database hosting provider. Vercel — as our application hosting provider and for cookie-less analytics. Resend — for transactional email delivery (your report email).

Each provider processes data under their respective data processing agreements and privacy policies.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

(a) Access the personal data we hold about you; (b) Request correction of inaccurate data; (c) Request deletion of your data; (d) Object to processing of your data; (e) Request a copy of your data in a portable format; and (f) Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

9. Children's Privacy

ReadyScore is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has used the Service, we will promptly delete their data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users.
